How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Outcomecentury Tree Service to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Outcomecentury Tree Service
- How we handled your personal information
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- How a provider we connected you with behaved
If the Problem Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have trouble with tree work at your home, start with the provider. Write down what happened and keep copies of messages.
Please tell us too. Your feedback helps us keep our network honest. A provider who keeps letting people down may be removed. Know this, though: Outcomecentury Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes. We cannot refund a provider's work. We cannot make decisions for a provider.
How to Send a Complaint
Email contact@outcomecentury.garden. Please include:
- Your name and the way you prefer to be reached
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want
After You Write
We will confirm we got your complaint by email. This usually takes a few business days. Then we will look into it. That may mean contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
Still Unhappy?
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state consumer protection office, your state attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. If the issue involves a licensed contractor, your state or local licensing office may be able to help.
