Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Outcomecentury Tree Service wants everyone to be able to use outcomecentury.garden, including people with disabilities. This page shows how we think about it. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
Our Goal
We want as many people as possible to use this site with ease. We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. That is a common standard for accessible websites.
Steps We Take
To help, we try to:
- Use clear headings and a sensible page order
- Add text descriptions to images that matter
- Keep text easy to read with strong color contrast
- Let people move around the site with a keyboard alone
- Build pages that fit phones, tablets and computers
- Use plain, simple words
- Label every form field clearly
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of this site may not fully meet these standards yet. Tools built by other companies, such as embedded widgets, may be out of our control. We check the site from time to time. When we find problems on the site, we work to correct them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If part of this site is hard to use, you still have options. Request a callback to speak with a provider. You can also email contact@outcomecentury.garden, and we will do our part to help.
Tell Us What You Found
We welcome your feedback on how accessible this site is. Email contact@outcomecentury.garden and tell us:
- Which page or feature gave you trouble
- What happened, and what you hoped would happen
- The browser, device or assistive tool you used, if you know
We will read your note and aim to answer within a few business days.
Always Improving
Accessibility is never finished. As we change this site, we will keep it in mind and keep making it better.
